Based in an old school building and with an existing garden and ‘playground’ we built a seating area for relaxation and veg beds, which now grow food for POW users to harvest for free while they enjoy the space.
The pride and joy of the POW garden is the Green Herbal Heart which offers medicinal herbs most suitable for women’s health and wellbeing, as well as culinary herbs for tea-making and use in the kitchen.
At the annual POW BBQ in summer of 2024 we painted a signature mural of flowers to brighten up the space and provide privacy.
In 2024 we started helping Radford Sex Workers Support Charity POW with their garden.
